A Note From the Founder

After 50 years in the restaurant and bar business, I know what long, demanding work feels like.

I know what it means to work nights, weekends, holidays, doubles, and high-pressure shifts while still needing to stay sharp, focused, professional, and ready for whatever comes next.

Baja Performance was created from that experience.

At first, the idea came from the hospitality world — chefs, servers, bartenders, managers, and the people behind the scenes who make service happen. But the more we looked at it, the more obvious it became: the same need exists across every demanding line of work.

This brand is for the people on their feet.
